Materials & Makers Notes
This style is designed by the Elk team in Melbourne and made at a Chinese factory that is managed by Korean company Cielo Sereno. Cielo is owned and operated by Eun Hee Kim who we know as Olive. She is an incredible creative with a young family who established her business in 2004 after she studied at Central Saint Martins’ School of Fashion in London.
A variety of techniques are used to make this piece, including casting, polishing and high-quality plating. The end result is a super light, fine finish. The factory that it is made in is located in Nanquan, China in the Shandong Province.
As Cielo operate as an agent for Elk, Elk are actively working with Olive to increase transparency across the entire operation.

Brass Alloy
This piece is made from a metal alloy that contains brass and zinc however is nickel free. You should avoid abrasive surfaces to ensure the surface doesn’t scratch and keep the item in a pouch or cloth when it isn’t worn. The chain is excellent quality however you should take care when removing jumpers or scarves to try not to pull on it too hard!

Due to the multiple parties involved such as the factory and the warehouse, we cannot fully manage stock. Therefore, the actual inventory could alter at any time. Be aware that your order may run out of stocks after you place the order.
Our policy is valid for a period of 30 days. If you have passed 30 days in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item should not be in use and must be in its original condition. It must also still remain in the original packaging.
